NO BOIL WATER ADVISORY
Disconnect for all non-payment of water bill. Will be Thursday April 3, 2025 at 8:00AM. All payment arrangements have to be made before 8:00 AM Thursday April 3, 2025.
In an Advisory the area may experience “WHITE WATER” due to remaining air products in the line. Staff has flushed the area, but sometimes these products can occur for 48 – 78 hours after a leak has occured. If these condition remain at your residence for more than 3 days , please get in touch with our office so ADDITIONAL FLUSHING IN THE AREA CAN BE PERFORMED.
FIRST 2,000 GALLONS -$20.17 MINIMUM BILL
NEXT 3,000 GALLONS – $9.91 per 1,000 GALLONS
NEXT 5,000 GALLONS – $7.66 per 1,000 GALLONS
OVER 10,000 GALLONS – $6.16 per 1,000 GALLONS
The South Anderson Water District, a Class II Water Distribution facility in Lawrenceburg, Ky is accepting applications for the following position:
LABORER/METER READER

The water district delivers potable water to over 3400 customers throughout Anderson County. This position involves lots of driving to various locations throughout the county and has multiple interactions with district customers on a daily basis.
Due to these job requirements a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BACKGROUND CHECK is mandatory for employment.
Lifting of items 50+ pounds, climbing (fences/uneven terrain), and extreme weather conditions are a common occurrence during the course of work on a daily basis.
There is a common work timeframe of 8 am- 4:30 pm M-F, however, emergency repairs and other requirements for operations are not on a schedule and additional work hours will be required. Availability for work at “off” hours is expected and required.
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION GIVEN TO CANDIDATES THAT POSSESS:
*A current Class I, II, or higher water distribution license through the Kentucky Division of Water
*Previous plumbing/ water line installation experience
*Flexible work schedule on weekends/holidays
